OMOLUABI SAVINGS AND LOANS PLC is a Primary Mortgage Institution conceptualised and put in place by the
Government of Osun State, Nigeria. The Bank was incorporated on 9 March, 1993 and commenced operations on 1 st
April, 1999 in Osogbo, the capital of the State of Osun. The Bank was initially incorporated as Osun Building Society
Limited but had her name changed to OMOLUABI SAVINGS AND LOANS to reflect the source from which the state took
her name.
