Rokana Industries Plc was incorporated as a Private Limited Liability Company on 11th September, 1978 and was converted to a Public Limited Company in 1991. The shares are quoted on the Nigerian Stock Exchange. The principal activities of the company are the manufacture and distribution of household products such as Jordan Toothbrushes, Sparkle Toothbrushes, Scrub and Banister Brushes, Easy Sweep and environmental Brushes, Food take-away pack and other oral hygiene products. The Company also manufactures on contract basis for third parties and operates a domestic gas filling plant.
