Union Ventures and Petroleum PLC was incorporated in Nigeria as a private limited liability Company on 18th November, 1976 and was converted to a public limited liability Company on 23rd April, 1992. It was listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange on 30th March, 1993. It is owned 100% by Nigerian Shareholders. The principal activities of the Company continued to be business of marketing of petroleum products and general trading.
