The company which is wholly owned by a number of institutional investors and individuals [local and foreign] commenced business in june 1991. the company's shares were listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange in December 1997. The Company's principal activities are providing transportation solutions in the form car rentals, fleet management, automobile distribution, equipment leasing and logistics support services.
