The Company was incorporated in Nigeria as a private limited liability company on 4th January, 2005 and commenced trading from that date. It became a public limited liability on March 14, 2008 and has it shares listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange on April 1, 2009. The main business of the Company is the development of business solutions and provision of other e-commerce services.
