Its wholly owned subsidiary company MSJ Industries (Nigeria) Limited was incorporated in Nigeria as a Private Limited Liability company in 1964. The company is engaged in the production and marketing of pharmaceuticals, hygiene products (Morigad disinfectants and Bymo liquid detergent) and the importation and distribution of medical, surgical and hospital consumables made by BSN Medical and Smith & Nephew Limited who are world leaders in wound care.
