The Company was incorporated on 16th May 1973 as a private limited liability company and approval for conversion to a public limited liability company on the 18th October, 1978. The pricipal activities of the Company during the period under review were manufacturing of welded wire mesh, wire nail, barbed wires, binding wire, Hexagonal wire net, Chain link and fencing wire.
