RT Briscoe was incorporated in Nigeria as a private limited company in 9 March,1957 and was converted to a public limited liability company in 1973. On 30th Dec 2011, the Company acquired additional shares in Briscoe Properties Limitred by the acquisition of 57.61% of the shares held by Assets and Resouece Management ltd, thereby increasing its holding in Bpl to 97.61%. The company engages in the sales and service of Toyota and Ford motor vehicles and technical equipment, including fork lifts, industrial compressors, mining and drilling equipment and generating sets, the company is also a mega distributor of schneider products for the supply of electricity equipment and fittings. The activities also include facility managent, property development and sale and leasing of property.
