Guiness Nigeria Plc, a public company currently quoted on the Nigerian Stock Exchange, was incorporated on 29 April 1950 as a trading company importing Guiness Stout from Dublin. The company has since transformed itself into a manufacturing operation and its principal activities continue to be brewing, packaging and marketing of Guiness Foreign Extra Stout, Guiness Extra Smooth, Malta Guiness, Harp Lager, Gordon's Spark, Smirnoff Ice, Satzenbrau Pilsner Lager, Top Malt, Harp Lime Lager, Dubic Lager and Malta Guiness Low Sugar.
