The Company was incorporated as a public liability company on the 6th October, 1997, commenced operations effectively on 1st April, 1998 and was listed on the Nigrian Stock Exchange on 19th November, 1998. The Company is owned 46% by UAC of Nigeria plc and 54% by other Nigerian Shareholders
