The fund aims to achieve long term capital appreciation of its assets by investing in a portfolio of high quality equity securities quoted on the NSE. 30% of the deposited assets will be invested in businesses in which women own 10% or more of the equity. The Fund Manager will receive an incentive fee of 30% of the funds return in excess of 10%.
